The Peninsula Women's Health Centre is an outreach centre of the Central Coast Community Women's Health Centre.

Our commitment is to work alongside and support women of all ages, backgrounds and cultures in a respectful, friendly and effective way.

We value women's own knowledge and skills in addressing their issues and concerns.

The Peninsula Women's Health Centre (PWHC) offers a broad range of services for women that encourage them to deal with emotional issues that impact on their self confidence and daily lives.

We offer workshops, groups,counselling, information & support services that enable women to move on with their lives and into the broader community so they can work towards achieving their full potential.

Many of our groups and workshops focus on personal development. We have also developed partnerships with:
Northern Sydney Central Coast Health-Women's Health who offer a women's health clinic;

Coastcare Counselling who offer counselling services;

Alternate Therapists who offer low cost massage and accupuncture

Our service provides a safe haven for women and we also encourage women's self development through groups such as our Bookclub & Meditation. Health orientated groups such as the Walking group and Women 4 Women offer positive support to lean into wellness. We also encourage women to 'drop in' for a cup of tea and we also provide support for women in crisis

We have a broad range of information, resources and options for refferal on all things to do with women, families and the community.

All our services are free or minimal cost.
