LawAccess NSW is a free government telephone service that provides legal information, advice and referrals to people who have a legal problem in NSW.
We can help with a number of legal problems including: debt and credit; family law; neighbourhood disputes; wills and estates; traffic offences; employment law; criminal law; apprehended violence orders; housing etc.
LawAccess can be contacted on 1300 888 529 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We can also be contacted through the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 131 450 if people would prefer to speak to LawAccess with the assistance of an interpreter. People with a hearing or speech impairment can contact us by telephone typewriter (TTY) on 1300 889 529.
