Mary Mac’s Place is a project of St John the Baptist Catholic Church, supported by Centacare Broken Bay, St Vincent de Paul Society and members of the local community. Each week-day, teams of Mary Mac’s volunteers prepare and serve in excess of 70 nutritious meals to homeless and disadvantaged people and families struggling to keep a roof over their heads. Guests are supported with information and referrals to appropriate community services to assist them in dealing with the many difficulties in their lives.
