This program focuses on Young Mothers living in the Wyong Shire, aged 19 years and under, who want to make positive changes in their lives and the lives of their children.
Young Parent Playgroup supports young mothers to provide their children with a better start than they may have had. Parents find the strength to make changes in their lives and some of the concerns they share are:
Facing challenges raising their children
Family relationship difficulties
Feelings of depression or loneliness
Unintentionally hurting their children physically or emotionally.
Young Parent Playgroup offers:
A friendly environment with a supported and well-equipped playroom
Staff who listen and want to support them to make positive changes to keep children safe and happy.
Young Parent Playgroup will be held at Hamlyn Terrace.
