Please find below information about the public presentations that are being made to Council re the Draft LEP over the next few weeks. Council has invited groups who made a written submission on the Draft LEP to make a verbal presentation to the Councillors.
The meetings are in the Council Chambers and are open to the public so feel free to attend if you would like to hear the submissions.

RULES for PUBLIC PRESENTATION SESSIONS
'Draft Gosford LEP & DCP 2009'
- No new information will be accepted.
- No further submission is required, nor will be accepted.
- Normal council meeting rules - external Facilitator to chair meetings.
- Councillors will be present.
- No debate will be entered into.
- Councillors may ask questions of clarification.
- USB drives are supported if anyone wishes to present using the overhead projector through the computer.
- Presentations by peak organisations will occur in the first hour with each organisation being given a maximum of 15 minutes.
- Presentations by interest groups will generally occur in the second hour. Each interest group will be given 3 minutes, with potential for Council to extend a further 2 minutes.
- Presentations to be held in the Council Chambers.
- All sessions will be open to the public to listen to presentations.
