There's only one day left to put your hand up and support the Australian Literacy and Numeracy Foundation (ALNF) 'Wall of Hands' Campaign.
It's tragic that only one in five Aboriginal children in remote communities can read. This creates barriers to life: to schooling, a career, and driving, just to name a few. Schooling is one of the most important ways to end the disparity between our peoples.

So far 139 supporters have donated $7387 and we are leading the effort for individuals but more is needed to help ALNF meet their target. Last year the ALNF raised over $200,000, allowing it to continue its Community Action Support (CAS) program in Tennant Creek and launch it in Mungkarta in the Northern Territory.
