* EVOLVE COMMUNITY WELLNESS FOUNDATION INC.

The Evolve Community Wellness Foundation Inc. is a community organisation, established to deliver a service to the community that may be out of reach for some people, even though we all require the same level of care and assistance as one another. Counselling, Reiki Healing, Therapeutic massage and Reflexology are available through the Evolve Community Wellness Foundation at a subsidised rate of $20.00* for a one hour session.

Services available through the Foundation are:

Counselling:
Are you experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship problems, stress or trauma? Feel supported in a safe and nonjudgmental environment at Evolve Wellness.

France Licastro - available Wednesday

Reiki Healing:
The benefits of Reiki are accelerated healing, reduces stress, deep relaxation, relief with grief & loss, relieves pain and can assist with recovery from surgery.

Pam Northcotte - available Monday
Janice Harrison - available Saturday

Therapeutic Massage:
Relieve stress, depression and insomnia and gain a sense of wellbeing through massage.

Reflexology:
Reflexology is a relaxing therapy that works on many levels, soothing, calming, balancing and boosting the entire body

* GROUP ROOM HIRE AVAILABLE FOR COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS WEEKDAYS AT DISCOUNTED RATES - Evolve Life Education and Wellness has a group room available for hire at a discounted rate to Community Organisations. If you are in need of a group room to run a workshop or to offer training for your staff, please feel free to either contact us on 4322 8868 or visit our web site to view our group room.

* SEASONS FOR GROWTH FOR ADULTS Facilitator - Cheryl Wright - A 6 week group for those who have experienced- Family breakdown, death in the family or change

Seasons for Growth is based on the belief that change, loss and grief are normal and valuable parts of life. It aims to produce a sense of resilience, personal growth and acceptance of change in people's lives.
