AGENCY INVOLVEMENT IN CCMI MULTICULTURAL EXPO - 2010
As advised at the CCMI meeting last week those peak organisations who have registered for the EXPO have been booked and invitations are now open to all CCMI members to register for the annual Central Coast Multicultural EXPO.
The CCMI Expo is now in its 5th year and this year's event will be held on Thursday 23rd September at the Erina Room, Erina Fair from 10 am to 1pm. Your service is invited to be part of this increasingly successful annual event
This EXPO provides a standout opportunity for your service to connect with clients/customers from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds and the EXPO committee would like to encourage attendance by your organisation.
Registration & Cost

- The cost of registration this year is $35 per stall holder
- On receipt a confirmation of acceptance will be sent by email together with an invoice
- Completed applications with payment must be received by 25 August 2010.
Due to space limitations space will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Sponsorship:
Sponsorship packages are again offered this year with sponsors being identified on all publicity material. To ensure maximum exposure for sponsors the deadline for receipt of sponsorship payments is 25 August 2010. All sponsors will be widely acknowledged in pre and post event publicity.
Expenses covered by the funds raised will include:
- Printing costs
- Publicity materials including a large multilingual welcome banner if funds permit.
- Entertainment
- Interactive presentations
- Refreshments
- Set up costs
- Hire fees
Northern Settlement Services, as part of the organising committee, will be auspicing the financial arrangements so that invoices, with ABNs, can be provided. All the information about payment will be contained in the confirmation email.
