The Peninsula Women’s Health Centre at 20A McMasters Rd, Woy Woy are holding a Rag Bag Basket Weaving Group starting on Thursday 2nd February from 10.00am to 12.30pm then each Thursday for 4 weeks finishing on the 23rd February.
Using a combination of cane, strips of fabric and other bits and pieces women will be able to learn the ‘twining’ method of weaving to create a colourful and unique piece of basket art.
Childcare is available however it is limited and bookings for childcare and the group are essential. The group and childcare are free however we do ask for a gold coin donation. Please book by ringing the centre on 43425905.
