Are you caring for someone with a mental illness?

This 3 hour seminar is designed to increase understanding around change, loss and grief issues.

You will have the opportunity to: examine the meaning of grief, review the range of changes and losses experienced in life, reflect on the relationship between change, loss, grief and behaviour, understand grief reactions and factors that influence them, identify different styles of grieving, explore strategies of empowerment including the role of choice in the grief journey and the importance of networks and support.

**This Seminar is not recommended for those who are recently bereaved.

Morning Tea will be provided.
