The Central Coast Division of General Practice is a not-for-profit organisation based at Erina which provides services to General Practitioners and their practices in order to assist them to better deliver quality health care to the community.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to support the Aboriginal Health Unit in implementing strategies and activities, such as accessing primary health care services in a culturally safe environment, to the local Aboriginal community of the NSW Central Coast as part of the Australian Government's Close the Gap initiatives.
The successful applicant will have knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and
Torres Strait Islander societies and cultures, and well developed general
administration and project support skills.
